Anxiety Class - Week 2
Tonight we discuss the importance of putting off and putting on when it comes to breaking bad habits and forming new ones.
In our study of Philippians 4:6-9, we learn that anxiety can be overcome only by praying with thankfulness and focusing on things that are true and praiseworthy.
Part 2 in an 8-week class on the subject of fear, worry, anxiety and learning to trust God.
